We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive (Insurance) who is driven, well-connected, and experienced in the UAE insurance market.

🔑 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable)

✅ 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the UAE insurance industry
✅ Hands-on experience selling Medical, Motor, General, and/or Marine Insurance
✅ Strong understanding of the UAE insurance market
✅ Proven ability to achieve sales targets independently

 

⭐ Existing client portfolio is a strong advantage

 

💼 Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and expanding the company’s market share through strategic selling and networking.

 

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Actively promote and sell Medical, Motor, General & Marine Insurance products
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Represent the company professionally in the UAE market

💰 Salary & Commission

• Fixed Salary: AED 8,000 – 15,000 (based on experience)
• Attractive Commission: Performance-based, uncapped earning potential
