We are hiring on behalf of our client for a motivated and results-driven International Business Development Manager to join their Perfume Division and drive global business expansion.

 

📍 Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 12,000–14,000 per month + Yearly Incentives + Health Insurance

 

Key Requirements:

✅ 5–8+ years of experience in international business development and export sales within the perfume or fragrance industry
✅ Proven experience in B2B export sales and distributor management
✅ Strong network of international distributors, wholesalers, and importers
✅ Experience handling export operations and international trade documentation
✅ Knowledge of GCC, Africa, Asia, and European markets is highly preferred
✅ Experience in private label (OEM) perfume business is an added advantage

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new international markets and expand export business.
  • Identify and manage distributors, wholesalers, and strategic partners.
  • Drive export sales and achieve business growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and key accounts.
  • Coordinate export operations and ensure timely execution of export orders.
  • Represent the company at international trade exhibitions, networking events, and customer meetings.
