About the Role


We’re seeking a proactive and organized PRO Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the central point of communication between our internal teams, partners, and clients — ensuring seamless project execution, timely follow-ups, and a consistently high level of professionalism in all brand interactions.


You’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting campaigns, and coordinating resources to keep projects moving forward smoothly.


Key Responsibilities


Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

Schedule meetings, prepare briefs, and follow up on action items.

Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and assist with solutions.

Maintain organized documentation across platforms and ensure team alignment.

Support marketing, communications, and client engagement initiatives.

Prepare performance reports and assist leadership with strategic coordination.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Notion).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
