🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Build and maintain a strong candidate and client database
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Post job ads, manage applications, and conduct follow-ups
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
• Ensure excellent communication and candidate experience

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in high-volume hiring is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic
