SALARY	AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Commission

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

On behalf of our client, a leading provider of industrial and commercial digital printing solutions across the UAE and GCC, Nexus People is recruiting a Sales Manager for their Digital Printing Division. The role reports to the Sales & Operations Director.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with prior experience in the digital printing industry, capable of managing the full sales cycle and building strong relationships across print service providers, packaging companies, signage manufacturers, promotional product companies, industrial manufacturers, and government sectors.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales of industrial and commercial digital printing solutions across the UAE and GCC.
• Develop new business with print service providers, packaging companies, signage manufacturers, promotional product companies, industrial manufacturers, and government sectors.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations to quotations, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying upselling opportunities for equipment, inks, consumables, and after-sales services.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the digital printing industry, with a proven track record selling industrial printing equipment such as UV printers, flatbed printers, cylinder printers, or textile/label printing solutions.
• Strong understanding of printing workflows, inks, printheads, colour management, and production environments.
• Prior experience in the field of digital printing is required.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Existing network within the UAE/GCC printing industry.
• Experience representing international printing brands and managing key accounts.
