Cyber Security Solutions Engineer

 

LOCATION	Dubai, UAE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE	Full Time
SALARY	AED 7,000 – 15,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing UAE technology distribution company, Nexus People is recruiting a Cyber Security Solutions Engineer to support the sales team during customer engagements. The role sits within the Sales department and reports to the Sales Manager.

We are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions who can understand customer requirements, design suitable security solutions, and drive successful customer conversion through effective technical positioning.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand customer requirements and design suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demos for customers and partners.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to customer requirements.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements when required.
• Support the sales team during customer engagements.
• Support solution positioning together with vendors and distributors.
• Identify opportunities and support business development activities.
• Contribute to successful customer conversion.

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and technologies.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for customer-facing engagements.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and vendor/distributor ecosystem.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Direct Proof of Concept (PoC) and technical presales experience in cybersecurity solutions within the UAE market.
